Giannis Giannakos

Giannis Giannakos was born in Ioannina in 1977.
He started with studies in classical guitar and classical theories. He graduated in 2000 from the Contemporary department of the Philippos Nakas Conservatory with professors K. Baltazanis, G. Samaras, T. Paterelis.
He has attended Berklee faculty seminars on jazz improvisation. He also has many years of experience as a session musician (concerts, studios).
After teaching at various conservatories, from 2011 he started teaching at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.
